Photo Restoration

If you have a photo that you would like restored, send an e-mail to PhotoSpa@OUTLOOK.com.  Prices are generally $30 per photo and a 1 week turnaround time, although every project may be different.  If you have multiple photos, depending on complexity, we may be able to work out a discount.  Extremely complex photos may take longer than a 1 week turnaround time.  I truly love restoring photos, so if you have any questions, please send me an e-mail so we can figure out what works best for you.

Since every photo is different, it's difficult to make a general statement about how restoration can fix every photo.  For people new to photo restoration, here are some general guidelines about what can & can't be done. 

• Issues easier to fix: scratches, dust, small holes, reducing wrinkles, removing blemishes, overall color adjustment.
• Issues harder to fix: larger holes, water damage, hair texture, sun-fading in part of a photo, facial or body contouring, swapping out faces (3 people are smiling in a pic but a 4th is looking away, but that 4th person's face looks nice in a similar but different photo.)
• Issues almost impossible to fix: blurry original photos, swapping out individual facial parts (swapping out eyes but keeping the original face)

Also, for legal reasons I can only edit photos you have the rights to.  If your family took the photo there is no problem.  If it was shot by a professional photographer, I need an editing release ahead of time.  Just let me know & I'm happy to walk you through it.  :)  If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail Jenn at PhotoSpa@OUTLOOK.com and I'd be happy to talk about your project ahead of time.

Newborn Photography

If you know of an expecting mother on the Eastside, I may be available for free newborn portraits.  My specialty is photo restoration rather than photography, and there are some really amazing newborn photographers out there.  However, many newborn sessions are expensive because they require so much time to capture just the right moment.  This is something I love, though, so if you know someone who is expecting who can't afford a newborn session, I may be available to donate a free photo shoot, depending on availability.

 

Event Photography

I have a mobile digital photography studio and am available to bring professional studio lights and backdrops to your location.  Every event is different so contact me for details.
